Comments:
Not sure if the middle 3 are right I just guessed the times for those. Had to drive up to this workout coz we had a NHS meeting. Did my warm up around cornell, places I usually run when I am running by myself. When I heard the workout, I thought it sounded awful. I was right. The only effort that felt like it matched its description right was the first rep. That was supposed to be our tempo, it was 11 seconds slow...but it felt like a tempo. The rest of the 6 reps felt like I was just going all out. I wasn't really able to increase my pace much because I felt like I was flying for every rep. Glad this one is over.
