Comments:
**forgot to hit the lap button after the first 3 min jog
Up to you whether you want to warm up for a few minutes or not, but the workout is :
Run 10 min. Fast(there is no walking in between so it shouldn't be too fast where you have to walk;)
Jog 3 min easy
Run 8 min fast
Jog 3 min easy
Run 6 min fast
Jog 2 min easy
Run 4 min fast
Jog 2 min easy
Run 2 min fast
This is a long stretch of work so be sure to pace well and try to maintain or increase speed as the duration of each interval decreases. If you can get the splits for each timed piece that would be great, otherwise try to note what paces you are running and let me know later...;)
Would love it if you could get a 1 to 2 mile easy cooldown in for miealge
