The idea behind this run is two fold.
I'd like you to run on some hills and to get some hill pushes in throughout run.
There is not set pattern but if you see a hill coming, let's try to push hard and fast up it for about 30 sec to a minute with as much recovery as needed before another push.
Try to get 6 total pushes in throughout run. That means you will have to find a route with at least a few hills in it to be able to get some speed in. I know you ususllyvrun on hills so this shouldn't be a problem;)
