Would've gone to 40 but I'm pretty sure I was already making my injuries worse so I just stopped. Today was PERFECT running weather. Possibly the easiest 4 mile run I've ever done. Update on the injuries: toe feels completely fine, heel hurts a little (especially when running) and whatever tendon is in the back of my knee on the outside hurts pretty bad all the time. When I bike it does this clicking thing that hurts pretty bad, so expect a lot of Elliptical.
