4x Brandywine Hills

Comments:
Beautiful day for running. I felt phenomenal on the run down to the hill from school and the weather certainly helped with that, but I felt really strong. Hills were difficult, I definitely was breathing hard when going up, but I was having difficulty sprinting out at the top and felt like I wasn't really feeling the hills on my cool downs. It was feeling of not going as fast as I should have akin to the one I've felt very acutely during the last two meets. I think cardiovascularly I'm in great shape and either my mind doesn't know my own speed or my legs aren't where they should be. I think it's the former. Anyway, I may not have gone fast enough, but I felt really good.
