Comments:
Not good. I felt yesterday's workout more than I thought I would. I was going to do a light half-hour recovery, but I felt pretty bad overall and I had a few weird twinges all over the upper part of my left leg. I shortened this one to 25 minutes the moment I started and made a wrong turn past my old elementary school, cutting this one further. I don't know that the extra 8 minutes would have helped much anyway, considering that I am fasting tomorrow.
