Comments:
first time this season that my breathing has been an issue. I'm lucky it's been good so far but I'm nervous more of that is coming. did 4x1000 on a dirt road at 5k. 2nd one had 1st 200 at 3k, third had middle 200 at 3k, and 4th had last 200 at 3k. 1st and 3rd were downhill, 2nd and 4th uphill. splits were:

Never felt good but I didn't die either.
