Comments:
Great workout today. There were no timing issues or anything of the like. The first 3 reps I felt great, and we were nailing the tempo to rest transitions. The last two were really hard, my legs were dead. After the workout, my legs felt even worse, I could not run at all, let alone move. We also ran as a great pack, no one in our group got more than 5 feet away from anyone else. (I did all of the intervals as one big interval because running log can't handle 40 intervals)
