Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70 degrees

  Comments:
For the first time this season, I actually forgot my watch. Instead, I started the timer on my phone before we left for the run, and estimated how much time to subtract. For the Rhythm 200s, the total time is closer, but I forgot to stop the timer right after I finished, and wasn't able to get individual splits. All times are still approximated. Maybe I'm caring too much about not having a watch.
Anyway, started the warmup and immediately my legs felt like rocks from yesterday. Then did some lifting, but because to weight room was so crowded I was only able to do bench press, medball slams, and running arms. My legs felt a little better on the run, but I was still slow today, and fell behind at two crosswalks. Ran with the varsity guys for a couple minutes, which was cool, as they started out slow. They were also doing some shenanigans. Once we hit Hudson St. they went ahead. Hudson and Giles always seem to kick my ass. Then went along Stewart until coming down Gun Hill. Did 6 laps of Rhythm 200s with Garrett when I got back. Had to run around the JV soccer benches because they had a game. Then did drills, strides, and stem stretching. Feeling tired right now, but a good day of work. Hopefully I'll feel fresh on Friday.
