Comments:
6 mile loop with 3x5min on, 1 min off steady. Pickups ranged from 6:50-7:10 pace. Wasn't too bad, definitely working though. Legs were confused the first pickup. Lift after. Made greek yogurt-banana-chocolate chip pancakes after and they were magically delicious. Move over Lucky Charms.
