Today's workout was 2X(2K+4X400). It was a hard ass workout, I was with BJ and Lucas for the first full interval, but Paul and I fell back for the next 2K. My legs felt tired, but I gave it my all. Also, I didn't have a watch, so my second half was all based on guess work.
