Exercise Type: Run
Weather: "Hey doesn't it look like they made apple cider?!" Doesn't that look delicious!?" -Mr.Touri's response to my boiling solution of BaNO3

It actually did look pretty good, same with the permanganate solution I made last week.
Anyway, another person took pictures of us while we were running in Stewart Park today which was funny. We started kinda fast but slowed the pace near the end. About 3 miles in, we ran into (possibly) the IC Womens XC team and we were running next to them for a couple minutes.
I can't remember doing the Perdition workout last year. The name is familiar, but I just don't remember actually doing the workout. Maybe it'll come back to me before we start.
The PSAT on Wednesday! I'm excited because it means that I don't have to go to 3 of my classes (not including gym) so it's kind of like a 3 day week.
