Comments:
Today we did 400 repeats around wonders. The first 4 were taken very easily from 75-78. After number 4, Ben, Tom, and I had to take Alec Reilly to Holden's medical facility after he cut his head open on a branch. 20 minutes later, Tom and I finished the workout with 73s and under. I went hard on the last 2 and though it was brutal, it felt good to run a 66 and 64. Overall, though it was split, I'd call it a success.
