This was a good workout. We warmed up and went almost exactly 1.5 miles, then jogged the loop. The first 2 went off just fine, without feeling too awful, but I was already feeling tired. The next 3 we nailed as well, and I was definitely starting to feel it. I really went hard on the hammer, and dropped the rest of the group. After the hammer ones, I was really dying, but I still managed to finish the last two under 78 seconds. After that I really was dead. I did the cooldown and then hurdles after that.
