Weather: Started to hot, got to mild by the end.

Comments:
Felt ok on the workout, not great, just ok. Nothing hurt, which was a relief.

We hit 78 seconds for the first 5 400's. Our hammer reps were 72,77,77. I think if we had taken the first hard rep slower, we could have had better times overall for this section. The last 400's were 80 and 78 respectively.
