5K Pr by like a second I believe. Mad I didn't beat those two Howard kids but I'm happy with the time. I'm excited, Wednesday (counties) is what I've been working towards since the end of May. I have to focus and put my best effort. Oh and my hip wasn't a problem during the race just after it was very hard to walk.....
