Really good workout. I felted strong and relaxed throughout. 2 min warmup (gotta love orgo lab), 3 sets of 8 w/3min between each set: 1st ~51sec w/ 10sec rest, 2nd ~47sec w/ 20sec rest, 3rd 4 ~42sec 4 fly (35, 38, 37, 37). 13min cooldown, abs, pushups, 10min icebath.
