Another Bad Day

Sorry my logs have been so depressing lately. I had a bad day and was running around to different meetings the whole day, so was pretty dehydrated and super hungry at practice. I'm usually good at getting food at the right times and hydrating, but I just messed up with that today, so felt pretty crappy at practice. Shins of course still hurt too. I wanted to aqua jog, but nobody was going, and I thought after my bad day going to wilson alone would just depress me more, so I ellipticalled for 25 minutes and then stopped because I was super hungry and went to get food. Pretty bad excuse, I know, but I was just super stressed about a lot of stuff and messed up today.
Strength: Pushup Progression (3*2), Crunch Progression (:30?), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), In Dance--Backwards crunches (2*20), Leg throws (2*25)
