Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long run/tempo for the workout today. Got to run which I'm very happy about because the only run I've done since Third Battle was to and from AU on Tuesday. Ran to the firehouse and back which I've never gone all the way to I don't think because I always thought it was longer than it was, but it's really not that far! Started out with my assigned group, but their steady pace was already my tempo pace, so I dropped back and ran with Thea who'd gotten ahead of her group on the way there. Stopped to stretch when we got there. Really didn't want to break momentum, but my calves were gonna explode if I didn't stretch. Felt like I could have pushed the tempo a bit more on the way back, but I'm not very good at pacing and I also didn't want Thea to be too far behind me because there wasn't another group for a while back. Shins hurt like always, but I'll ice tonight. My stomach also didn't feel great, but that may have been from my messed up eating yesterday. Felt pretty good cardio/breathing/muscle-wise for once and was very grateful to be able to run today in the beautiful weather!!!
Strength: Planks (1:00), PLL (10 per), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions) In PE: Bench Press (2*15 just the bar), Bosu Ball Pushups (2*10), Lateral Arm Raises (2*15), Front Arm Raises (2*15), Inclined dumbbell presses (15)
