Biked on medium resistance and tried parks and recreation again because I didn't really like it when I tried it before, but I thought I'd give it another chance. It was ok. Seems kinda cheesy to me, but I know people love it so I'll keep trying. Also, fast walked for half an hour later to get takeout for dinner because I wanted to get outside.
Strength: Leg Throws (2*25), SLL (12 per position, rotating positions), Clams (25 per), Superpeople (25), Pushups (2*10)
