Hopper Fun at Wilson

Was supposed to do a hybrid day yesterday, but didn't have time for the running part, so switched it to today. Still, the running part was shorter than I would have liked because I was trying to time it to meet my dad at Wilson after he shopped, so I could get my swim stuff. Much warmer than I'd thought out, and my calves were less tight than usual, so a little sad I couldn't run more. When I got to wilson, Sarah Pillard was just leaving and Eliza was there aqua jogging! Had a nice time, and as always in the pool, feel like I got a good workout.
