Figured I'd get outside and just get my legs moving. I would've done more but I had other conflicts and it was getting close to dinner time for me. Went up Coy Glen to Westhaven Drive and back. First half was uphill, second half downhill. Then did 30 push-ups, 30 leg lifts, and 50 crunches.
