(Times are from memory) The wind was awful. It was cold and terrible. The first rep we went maybe a bit speedy on, but I felt good. I started to feel it on the second rep, mainly because we had sped up. The hammer reps I really cooked on, and I felt really good about. It was really hurting by now, so on the last rep I gave it all I had. During the workout I was staying with Simon and not letting him go, also, I was working on my form. We ran back at a good pace. Overall a great workout
