Weather: Low 50s and COLD
Comments:
Was a little late to practice today because I had to hand in some homework after school. This, unfortunately, made me late for the run and I had to run by myself. Did a Commonland. I slipped climbing up a muddy hill on the Giles Trails by Commonland, and got my legs and hands all muddy. It's all fine though, it means I was doing something real outside. Got back and did hurdles, drills, and strides. It was pretty cold today, gotta prepare for that better tomorrow.
