So, today my legs felt very fresh and I wanted to get some use out of them. I decided to a 9 mile progressive run with a 2 mile cool down on Abbott Trail. My splits were 6:52, 6:41, 6:35, 6:29, 6:23, 6:15, 6:05, 5:57, and 5:19. The weather was brisk and I felt great throughout. I like to think of this as a nice confidence booster that I will need for Nats. I'll be sore for tomorrow, but I probably won't take the workout as hard.
