Comments:
We did an interesting 200 meter workout today. We did 4 sets of 4x200. It started off with 1 minute rest, then 45 seconds, then 30 seconds, and then 15 seconds. I successfully was 33 or under the entire workout and 30 for the last one. After yesterdays workout though, my back is absolutely savaged. A certain point on my lower back is killing me, so I'm icing it and it taking it super easy the next few days. But overall, it was a successful workout. It was also the first track workout of the year, so that's cool.
