Core + Wall Sits

Unfortunately I missed practice today because I left school early not feeling well. Anyway, decided that although my body didn't feel up for running, to at least improve some aspect of my running by doing some core. Did a 2 minute wall sit, then 60 crunches, 30 leg lifts, 50 total cherry-pickers, and 30 push-ups. I then ended with another 2 minute wall sit. Did a little stretching afterwards.
