Comments:
It was pretty nice out for a workout... I was with Wellish and Frankie. My legs got progressively tired as we went on, especially by the time we got to the two hundreds. By the last two 200s, I felt more anaerobic and less like I was running the 200 as a distance race. Overall a good workout, and I feel good going into championships.
