Comments:
well not as bad as yesterday. I actually felt quite good warming up and doing drills though I was coughing quite a bit. workout was 800@5k, 2x200 at mile then a 3-4 min recovery and 4x300 at mile w/ 100 jog recovery. 800 felt really good and then 2s felt ok. after 2 300s I decided that doing any more wasn't going to be helpful and it would just prolong illness. I felt like I could have finished that workout if I needed to but it would have been really hard and I don't think I coulda done a full mile at that pace. definitely felt was faster than mile pace. I'm not used to any speed at all.

I very very much doubt I'll run fast enough to make track, but at least I'll hopefully get a mile PR out of it
