Comments:
For my ecology class today we went out on the floating classroom on the lake, instead of our usual nature preserve field trips. This had to be the worst day to do that; it was freezing.

Anyway, wore too many layers today during the run, so I got pretty hot. Wearing a fleece over a base layer was not a good idea. Slowed me down a little. I was already at the back of the pack when I just missed the clear crosswalk to Stewart Ave by seconds. I ended up doing the rest of the run by myself. I wasn't feeling super great when I got back, so my Rhythm 200 times were slow. Then did some hurdles, and stretching.
