Comments:
It was really nice going fast but really hard. 5 out of 9 miles were under 8min pace. Yesterday I was planning not to run today because of my foot but it with the workout on monday among other things I decided to run. Probably not the greatest decision because after the run I was limping a little but it's too late now and at least I have it out of the way. I thought since I was running in my other shoes they wouldn't hurt so much with the extra cushioning but apparently I was wrong.
