Downtown

Ran from my house on Coy Glen Rd. to IHS, then back through downtown, and then to Island Health and Fitness, and got a ride back home from my mom. I would've run back up West Hill but I wasn't really feeling great today, and am planning on doing a mile time trial tomorrow, so I didn't want to do too much. The time trial would help me see where I am now, and then be able to compare it to after my winter training. I saw the varsity guys twice during my run downtown, both times by accident, but that was cool. I though they were doing a workout, so I didn't expect to see them at that time. Maybe they were doing a cooldown. The back of my left ankle was a little sore, but nothing bad.

Not used to being in Fall Creek on Halloween night and not getting candy, but I don't eat candy anymore so I don't really care. I kind of lost the taste for it, and it's not a good source of energy. Not judging candy-eaters though, which is probably most people.

Update: Did 31 push-ups and 51 crunches before going to bed.
