Weather: 60 degrees. Perfect fall day

Comments:
Wasn't planning on doing the workout with the team. Ate a taco at 3:00 right before practice bc I didn't have time to eat lunch. Decided to do the 20 minute tempo with the girls. Wanted to barf but also felt a hundred times better than I've been feeling. Been taking iron for about 3 weeks and I think maybe that's why I felt like a human being again today for the first run in weeks.
