Aqua-Jogging

Comments:
Aqua jogged with Isabel, Grace, Lucy, Bita, and Amelia at Wilson because my IT band has been pretty tight the past couple of days. Luckily, it didn't hurt at all during aqua-jogging. We did 2 minute rests in between a ladder of 2 min, 4 min, 6 min, 5 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min pickups, with a five minute warmup and cool down on each end of the workout. It probably wasn't absolutely necessary for me to miss the track workout, but one less workout of pounding on my IT probably did me a huge favor because I haven't cross-trained since the first weeks of the season when I hurt my ankle.
