Comments:
We did 15xhill sprints today. The hills were 1.6 miles overall. I was able to stay pretty much with the top guys for most of it, though my lower back was holding me back still. The workout hurt and my legs definitely felt tired, but I finished mostly strong. Overall, I'll need that for Hershey
