This break from running is a little weird for me. I don't like it that much.

I played about 40 minutes of basketball outside by myself at my house, then came in and did some lifting. My left Achilles wasn't sore, so not running the past two days seemed to help it recover from what I think was just a strain. My back was a little sore though from blowing leaves for 45 minutes, with the leaf blower on my back. Anyway, I did:

2 x 1 minute running arms (5 lbs. each arm)
2 x 20 overhead dumbbell presses (12.5 lbs. each arm)
20 bicep curls each arm (12.5 lbs.)
20 squats (25 total lbs.)
60 crunches
40 leg lifts
150 total cherry-pickers
31 push-ups
3 minute wall sit (maybe a PR. if it is, that's not great)

I really want to run tomorrow; my body doesn't feel fatigued at all. We'll see.
