Yellow Creek

Weather: 90 and humid!

Comments:
I woke up feeling REALLY TIGHT and the muscle between my legs (my groin?)was really really sore. I thought I would be okay but I could barely move it when I tried to run. I tried stretching, walking, running more nothing seemed to get rid of the pain in my groin. I was frustrated and ran 15 minutes, stopped and stretched, and then did the process again 2 more times. I did the outer loop at yellow creek a little over 1 and a half times. It wasn't 5 miles but honestly I was in so much pain i couldn't run more.

Sorry, I feel like im negative and complaining. On a positive note I iced 23 minutes (22 pound bag of ice in tub!) and overdosed on advil which helped me feel MUCH better. Hopefully the first day of practices goes well tomorrow! :)
