pretty bad tempo really. started too slow then the second mile was way too fast. idk why this thing changes the order i put things in after i do it but oh well i'm not taking the time to fix it just for it to mess it up again. it band is really sore, was only able to do 1 300m accel. legs were really tired for most of the workout but the cardio felt fine.
