Comments:
Weirdest/worst run in awhile. First 6 at 47:50, felt fine, in retrospect probably too fast starting out. Next ~8 was one giant struggle bus. Calf and stomach kept cramping, slowed waaay down on the upper part of Georgetown Branch (slowest mile at 9:35). If Anthony hadn't joined not sure if I would've kept going. Last 4 finally felt alright. 18 doesn't feel too long, but I'm glad the bonk didn't last for 12 miles (though that would be a good movie title- The 12 Mile Bonk). Not going to worry about it too much, just happened to be a bad day.
