Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a steady run with a few pickups, striders, and hills during it since I didn't run DC States. IT hurt a little, but nothing too bad, and my foot didn't hurt at all this time. The first two things Aaron and I did for the workout portion were two longer striders, a hill, a two minute pickup, another two minute pickup, a long strider, and I finished (Aaron wasn't feeling great) with the Albermarle Hill, which was about a minute and a half. I felt strong at the end.
