Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Low 60s, sunny,, leaves are ripe

Comments:
Lew picked up Anna from dance so I could hunt for leaves and keep Leah Snider from catching too many. Ran down to Connecticut Ave to join up with her as she was in the mood an 18miler. Continued up the very and took the Crescent to River Rd. I peeled off the Phoenix at that point and began searching for leaves in earnest. Found some more back along the trail and through Somerset. Stalled at 25 and ended up zigzagging around my block and the alleys to get up to 30.

Legs were good and beat by the end. Pace varied from low 8's to high 9's at various times. Right foot which has been improving steadily since Glory Days, may have regressed a bit today, but while it is far from healed, it is much more tolerable than in early fall.
