Tired Tempo

Comments:
Did a tempo down MLK today. I moved up a group because my time from last week said I should probably be running there because thats my pace. I was debating weither or not to do five today but I just stuck to 4 because I was feeling pretty bad at the end. My pace stayed on but I just wasn't feeling it was going moderatly hard anymore. I was ten seconds slower this week than last but my heart rate was like 10-12 beats slower than last week too. I just can't justify how bad I felt based on the pace and heart rate. It was probably hotter than last week but this should have caused my heart rate to be higher than it was. The only thing I can think of is that its us just mentaly easier for me to go out hard and kinda settle into the pace than to even pace the whole time. Maybe this is something that happens in races too. I probably need to work on this in the future. Even pacing is good as my heart rate showed but I just need to mentaly get used this. My legs are tired tonight I just feel beaten down probably from studying for physics late. Hopefully I'll sleep more after the test. The acclerations felt good today. It felt good to sprint hard and really streach it out down the strech. Even though my legs felt bad it still felt good at the end.
