Weather: HOT.
Comments:
Today was hard but I'm so glad we had a hard day today! I just feel so wonderful after hard workouts! haha:)
First mile- 7:03. felt pretty good, but definitely not my best time.
Second mile-7:15. I honestly cannot believe that my time slowed down that much. I felt really unaccomplished and suckish about that mile.
Third mile-7:35. Wow. I felt really really suckish after that mile because it was WAY slower than my first two. Oh well, I'm just glad that that work out is over :) haha!
My shin splints felt a ton better today. I am so thankful for my new shoes! Today they didn't hurt WHILE I was running (which is what it usually is), they just hurt AFTER I was done running...weird. Oh well, I'm just glad they are feeling better. Poor things. :)
