Comments:
Ok so I'm looking for 3.5 miles with the following pattern:
1 min walk
1 min jog (easy pace)
1 min faster ( certainly not all out speed, but faster than easy pace;))
Maybe in the 10's if I had to guess.
Repeat the 1/1/1 pattern until you hit 3.5 miles
