Comments:
It was nice doing Oakcrest cause we haven't done it in so long!! I felt pretty good today but really tired. Instead of lifting we had to do 75 pushes mixed with abs. Push-ups are reeeally hard for me like doing 10 at a time is pushing it. I started out doing sets of 15 between each ab exercise but by the end I had to take a break in the 15's. Also we haven't done abs in a really long time and I can kinda tell :0 They were pretty difficult.
