So today was a very hard day at work, i had to go around alot and do alot of presentations and what not so basically the time I run is dependent on when I work. So today I didnt get a chance to run until 10 at night, yes 10 at night. As crazy as it sounds this is my first time getting a run in this late and I must say it was worth it. I basically tempoed the run, since i'm into my 55 mile week, I gotta throw a tempo in here and there and today was the day. I felt great, everything in my body felt great...the cool breeze was great. I ran under 6:30 pace which is good, faster than one of my usual runs and I picked up the pace from there...
