Comments:
800m, 61 at bell felt relaxed, sat in 2nd until 150m then hit it hard for around 60m, got a good gap then jogged in 1.58

1500, went off easy 66 first lap, picked it up with 800m to go, wish id gone off with leaders, felt pretty strong with 200m, leaders too far infront to catch, once i knewn id got 2nd B string jogged in. 4.02
