Maine Trail Running/Hiking

November 11, 2016 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40s

Comments:
Currently in Maine for my grandpa's memorial service. Wasn't able to run yesterday because of the long car ride.

Anyway, took it out with my dad and dog from my grandma's house in Camden. Ran along East Fork road and then onto Molyneaux. Then went onto a trail through the woods that went up to a blueberry field on a hill. The view was really cool. The trail part of the run is logged separately because it was so slow. There were tons leaves covering most of the trail, making it very difficult to get good traction. Also, the trail was very hilly, and it was getting dark. Got a little lost on the way back on the trail, which slowed it down too. At times, it felt like a hike instead of a run. Went back the way we came. Did a little bit of core too: 30 push-ups, 30 leg lifts, 50 crunches.
