Comments:
Ran against the number one team and individual today at Regionals. Slow time, but I had the fastest kick that I've ever had in Cross coming down the shoot. It was crazy! Now I get a little bit of downtime until my first track meet in January. I'll more than likely be running 3k/5k and a couple of miles in there!
