Comments:
HAHAHA I haven't ran only three miles since June. So weird! I felt pretty good, and it was nice having practice in the morning. The weather was super windy and cold. When I biked to practice I felt like the wind was pushing me backwards. We made some awesome posters for States!! I wish I was racing but I'm excited to go and cheer.
